Fiesta Toy was in need of a modernized website design that was beautiful, user friendly, and easily updated. We also needed an online storefront and to increase their engagement on Instagram. I managed this project by researching best methods, which platforms to use, writing copy/captions, developing/designing visual assets on using the Adobe Creative Suite and much more.

Their new website garnered thousands of dollars in sales each month. Pre-pandemic, their Instagram following was around 400, and with my help it grew to ~ 5k. Both hubs online were powerful tools in the online era of the pandemic. We crafted a community online and a place to find new friends, or ship them out to existing friends.

Working as a direct contact with our out-of-house photographers, I had all assets in hand and created captions and taglines for products and edited images for the website.

We organized products in sections to them easily located. I knew the products categories well as I had designed physical and digital product catalogs. I set up Shopify to run the online storefront and Wordpress for the layout and hosting.

I designed a few web banners for the homepage main banner, featuring various logos and products.

During the pandemic, worked with the sales team to create subscription boxes for seasonal events. I created the branding for "Secret Santa Delivered!" as well as "Trick or Treat Delivered"! Subscription boxes were sent out with special designed notes, making this a great gift to spread joy and interact with those who were far away.

For social media posts on Fiesta Toy's Instagram, I created captions and visuals for each post. Sometimes, I used Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics, promoted orginal character designs of our products, and worked with sales team to organize promotional giveaways and contests.

Within 3 years, we grew the instagram following by 1150%, or 12.5x, all help to different strategies we thought of together. These strategies included (but were not limited to) reading articles and studies on how to drive social engagement, observing the market and trends, holding giveaways to assist in organic marketing, and studying demographics and target markets to grow our following/brand.
